Teledyne e2v Highlights EV12DD700 at IMS MTT-S 2026, with Evaluation Kits and EMs Available from September
Grenoble, France – 10th June – Teledyne e2v Semiconductors is pleased to announce its participation at IMS MTT-S 2026, where it will highlight its latest high-speed data converter, the EV12DD700 dual-channel DAC. Designed for direct RF conversion from L-band to Ka-band with sampling rates up to 12 GSPS, the EV12DD700 addresses the growing demands of next-generation space, defense, and high-performance RF systems.
Following the successful receipt and packaging of first silicon at the beginning of 2026, the device has recently entered its characterization phase, with initial activities focused on confirming performance across high-frequency and wideband operating conditions.

Evaluation Kits and Engineering Models Available September 2026
Teledyne e2v confirms that evaluation kits and Engineering Models (EMs) of the EV12DD700 will be available from September 2026. This key milestone will enable customers to begin early evaluation, system design, and integration, helping accelerate development timelines and reduce time-to-market for high-frequency applications.
